Congratulations Baby Card

 I haven't made many "Baby" themed cards but have been wanting to make one with this soon to be retired Stampin' Up Set - Cutest Onesie!

I've had the stamp set for awhile, but being the craft hoarder that I am...I have WAY more stamp sets than I have time to use them all! LOL!

(Yes...it's a sickness...one I am trying to recover from, but not having much success!)

I finally dusted this one off and went to work creating this cute card for a baby girl!

The stamp set had a cute little cloud stamp included which I used to decorate the right side of the card and the inside mat.

Paradise Garden Thank-You Card

 I am really loving some of the new releases at Stampin' Up and I decided to use this stamp set: Paradise Garden along with some of the SU new "In-Colors" for this pretty floral Thank-You card.

I used the matching hybrid embossing folder and dies for this stamp set as well and inked the edges of the sentiment on the front to make it stand out from the white embossed background. 

It is a bit hard to see the embossed piece in the photo above, but it really is a beautiful leaf pattern that accents this set well!

It can be seen a little bit better in the photo below. 

For the inside of the card I stamped the sentiment in Basic Gray Ink to give it a more subtle look to match the theme of the card. 

I also included a small die-cut flower stamped in the new "In-Color" Barely Blush.

I just love this new color...I think it's my favorite so far!

Happy Birthday Leaf Collection Card

 I was inspired this past week to make a card for the Freshly Made Sketches Sketch #731 challenge and my first instinct was to use this awesome background stamp from Stampin' Up - "Leaf Collection" (#163610).

I think this stamp was recently retired but I am not sure exactly when.

I had it sitting in my stash collection and had somehow overlooked using it but when I saw this challenge I thought it would fit nicely with the cut puzzle like pieces for the front!

Bit of Magic Fairy Friendship Card

 This card was inspired by a member of the Stampin' Group I belong to with Stampin' Up.

Every month we have a meeting and we usually make a card together that is presented by a different member each month.
